Samples In, Next Stage for Shipping Quotes/Updates!

Greetings backers! We now have samples of all 4 physical products (Game, Playmat, Coins, and Dice)
The card stock is new to us as our other games are more of the modern standard and these have a little more weight to them that we requested. Everything looks great so far and the box resembles something like a small starter box from the RPG which is what we were going for. This week we're doing a final review to make sure everything is good so that the mass production can begin right after CNY.
The coins were all individually packed which means we're tediously going through and putting those into bags of 25 with the bags for those arriving today so we can start that project and get it to the Studio 2 warehouse. Black Oak Workshop put in the production on the dice and gave us the dimensions/weight specs for those bags.
This means we now have everything to get shipping quotes and import that data into the BackerKit. With GAMA trade show coming up we anticipate getting the Backerkit update mid March. Our target is to have this for Gen Con and in your hands beforehand.
We've let graphics know that we still need to get the print and play uploaded to BackerKit along with the fancy graphics version of the RPG material and that will fulfill the digital end. We anticipate having the dice in April/May which is when the game production should be all packed for transport.
Production Update, Arthurian Era Coins, & PDFs

Production Update
Good afternoon, backers! Just a quick update on everything for the Pendragon: Glory of the Round Table project. After several back and forth updates from the printer, we are entering the sample production phase and hope to have a preview copy to show off after business resumes post Chinese New Year.
Digital Uploads
We just uploaded the Sword in the Stone STL file, Game Rulebook, and RPG Story Briefs. Please note the story briefs are just the bare text; the full document with third party requirements for DriveThru (the 'all fancied up version') is still being worked on by graphics as well as the card pdfs.
Add-Ons
The playmat sample is complete, Black Oak has advised the dice should be ready by April, and we just received all the Arthurian Era coins! Our current snowed in project is to re-bag all of them to send off to the Studio 2 warehouse.
Holiday Production Update & 2026 Plans

Production Update
Happy Holidays Backers! Just a quick update with 87% of backers having completed initial information in the BackerKit. The graphics team is working to get everything to the printer over the next week so that we will be at the top of the cue after Chinese New Year for full production to be completed. Once the initial files are ready, we will be uploading the RPG PDFs, Game PDF, and STL of the Sword and the Stone first player mini token to BackerKit where you will be able to download those items. Black Oak Workshop has begun production on the dice and we're getting a final count in to Ultimate Custom Coins for the Arthurian era premium coins with the playmat and base game being manufactured by Do Fine Games.
Pendragon: Glory of the Round Table Conventions & Expansion
With demos and events planned for future conventions like Chaosium Con, we will be hosting an official tournament at Gen Con 2026 and beginning work on the first and only expansion for the game, which will be a small set of cards to add on that will focus on adding an additional player, incorporate monsters, and build on the solo/co-op mode.

Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s essential to respond to your survey as quickly as possible since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the survey invite email, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
Due to the volatility of shipping prices globally right now, shipping fees for this project will be calculated at a later date once we have the best estimates for everyone. We plan to enter & charge backers for shipping a month or two before fulfillment when we have better estimates of what it will cost to ship backers rewards. We will alert backers when shipping costs are finalized & before we charge your cards in your BackerKit survey. We will keep you informed all along the way!

Thank you all so much for joining us on this quest to Camelot and bringing this campaign to life!!! As our first project following the card game based on RPG model, but moving to a non-deckbuilder/ECG, just open the box and play style tabletop experience, we weren't sure how it would be received. You've helped exceed our expectations and we thank all of you for backing this project and expanding our PBE library of offerings.
What's Next?
We have a scheduled meeting with graphics on November 11 to finalize everything, get the pdfs ready, and send the files off to the printers (after adding the Name A Cards). We'll be contacting Black Oak and Ultimate Custom Coins to start their run of the add-ons (the playmat and cards will be the same manufacturer). The stretch goals need to be formatted to the Chaosium Content Creator requirements for DriveThru and once ready, those pdfs, the print and play, and STL mini will be in your BackerKit. We ask for your patience as we get set up in this system, as this is the first time PBE is using this platform (our previous campaigns used Pledge Manager) and we need to make sure we get everything set up correctly.
Once we're ready to get everything fulfilled, shipping will be added in the Backerkit for you to check out and complete your order; in the meantime, once live, you'll be able to enter your address and any add-ons you'd like to purchase. We'll be adding our 7th Sea: City of Five Sails line as options as well.
