Greetings Backers! A quick update and check in after Chaosium Con.

95% Orders Complete

We are down to very few orders to lock in and sent out reminders. The BackerKit will lock June 1 and charge June 4 as we do one last push at a couple conventions and await shipment as production completes.

$999 Shipping

We believe we have fixed all entries for those showing $999 shipping. Please make sure to check your order and reach out if this error still shows; we certainly don't want that charge going through June 4!

Chaosium Con Recap

We got to catch up with our Chaosium family to show off Pendragon at their annual convention in Ann Arbor. Thank you to everyone who came by as we had quite a few backers that wanted to check out the game.

Craig from Black Oak brought a sample pack of the dice which all arrived safety to Studio 2. They pop even more than the initial samples and turned out great.

We'll keep folks updated as fulfillment starts!

Shipping Added!

Greetings Backers. We've added shipping in the BackerKit and it should show now in your account. If anyone is showing a $999, please contact us (through Kickstarter, Discord, or email [email protected]) so that we may resolve this.

Add-Ons/Production Status

The Black Oak Workshop Dice are on their way and will be in packages of 6. The base game and playmats are already in production and we're over halfway through making up the bags of Arthurian Coins to send to Studio 2.

Timelines

We are going to lock in orders on June 1, charge cards on June 4, and plan to ship in July.

Reminder that the RPG supplement and STL file are downloadable in the BackerKit and you should have received a link through DriveThru Cards for the Print and Play which will be added to the BackerKit as well in June.

Print & Play PDF Delivered, Manufacturing Update

Hi backers, just a quick update/rundown of where we're at:

Digital

Download links went out late last night to retrieve your Print and Play PDF and Rulebook on DriveThruCards. That PDF will also be on the BackerKit once we lock down orders so that it will also be accessible to those who preordered late via BackerKit.

Physical

Mass production on the base game and playmats has started and the dice have been ordered by Black Oak. My wife has been a saint offering to take on the project of resorting all of the bags of arthurian deluxe tokens so we can get them to the Studio 2 warehouse (they are more than half way done).

Shipping

I've contacted the carriers for fulfillment so we can get the correct rates to enter into BackerKit and start locking down orders with shipping added. The manufacturer is aware that the plan is to place this product, our Doomtown: Weird West Edition Second Printing, and 7th Sea: Blood & Salt expansion on the same container so we can get preorders/backer orders out and have everything for Gen Con.

Samples In, Next Stage for Shipping Quotes/Updates!

Sample Copy

Greetings backers! We now have samples of all 4 physical products (Game, Playmat, Coins, and Dice)

The card stock is new to us as our other games are more of the modern standard and these have a little more weight to them that we requested. Everything looks great so far and the box resembles something like a small starter box from the RPG which is what we were going for. This week we're doing a final review to make sure everything is good so that the mass production can begin right after CNY.

The coins were all individually packed which means we're tediously going through and putting those into bags of 25 with the bags for those arriving today so we can start that project and get it to the Studio 2 warehouse. Black Oak Workshop put in the production on the dice and gave us the dimensions/weight specs for those bags.

This means we now have everything to get shipping quotes and import that data into the BackerKit. With GAMA trade show coming up we anticipate getting the Backerkit update mid March. Our target is to have this for Gen Con and in your hands beforehand.

We've let graphics know that we still need to get the print and play uploaded to BackerKit along with the fancy graphics version of the RPG material and that will fulfill the digital end. We anticipate having the dice in April/May which is when the game production should be all packed for transport.

Production Update, Arthurian Era Coins, & PDFs

Production Update

Good afternoon, backers! Just a quick update on everything for the Pendragon: Glory of the Round Table project. After several back and forth updates from the printer, we are entering the sample production phase and hope to have a preview copy to show off after business resumes post Chinese New Year.

Digital Uploads

We just uploaded the Sword in the Stone STL file, Game Rulebook, and RPG Story Briefs. Please note the story briefs are just the bare text; the full document with third party requirements for DriveThru (the 'all fancied up version') is still being worked on by graphics as well as the card pdfs.

Add-Ons

The playmat sample is complete, Black Oak has advised the dice should be ready by April, and we just received all the Arthurian Era coins! Our current snowed in project is to re-bag all of them to send off to the Studio 2 warehouse.
